Green X Reader: Annoyance

“Hey, thanks for coming over. I know you have gym leader duties and all, but… Thank you so much for taking the time to come over.” You exclaimed. “No problem. Besides, its been quite a long time since I’ve came over.” Green replied, glancing over to you. “Y-Yeah.”
You picked up your cup of tea, taking a sip. Placing the cup back down onto the delicate glass table, you started to talk to the brunette in front of you. “So, how’s the gym?” You asked, deciding to use the question to break the ice.” “Okay, I guess.” Green replied, not elaborating.

Oh, he wanted you to talk?

“I see. Hey, Green,” You said, and soon enough, you started to ramble on and on. Strangely, unlike the other people who were unlucky enough to be the victims of your nonsensical rambles, Green listened, occasionally making a comment.

He seemed to be interested in what you were talking about. “-Yeah, so, that’s why I think that Sudowoodos are actually rotten broccoli.” You finished, clapping your hands together. “Uh huh. And snorlaxes are actually mutated pillows, then?” He sarcastically commented. “W-What? No… I’m just stating something in which I think is true, y’know?” Green smiled. “You’re still as open-minded as you were back then, Y/N.” He said. Your cheeks started to heat up.

“E-Eh, yeah. Anyways, hey, I noticed that you were paying attention to what I was saying.” You stated.

“Yeah… So?” Green quickly replied, immediately, an annoyed expression was on his face. You sighed. “Come on, I know you. Stop acting like you’re annoyed. Don’t be a Silver. Just one Silver is enough.” Green only calmly replied in a subdued tone, “I’m.. I am annoyed. By you. I can’t think properly when you’re here.”
You huffed. “Oh, not this again. Damnit, Green, if you’re that annoyed, you would probably have pulled a Red and just suddenly disappear whenever I ask you to come and hang out. Plu-“ You were cut off by a pair of warm lips meeting your own. You froze. Your mind was blank. Green pulled back, just as you felt vivilions swarming your stomach. Looking at your surprised (and blushing) face, Green couldn’t help but smirk smugly. “I’m just annoyed that I couldn’t kiss you, you know.” He said casually. Your eyes still wide, you blinked. Once. Twice. But a smile soon formed on your face.

“B-Bastard.. Yo-You’re too cocky!”

“Aw, come on, you know you love me~.” Green retorted.

“F-Fine, you’re correct. St-!” You were cut off by another kiss.

This time, you were the one who was annoyed, annoyed at Green for making you blush so much.

Annoyed that you weren’t the one who kissed him first.
